Reticent on the nose though instantly recognizable as Sauvignon Blanc with its hints of grass, pineapple, and fig. Noticeably sweet in the mouth, this is a fruit forward popularly styled wine and for those who prefer sweet wines this carries its sugar fairly well. There’s plenty of acid to balance the sweetness, and the flavors remain in the green fruited, slightly figgy and citrus toned end of the spectrum.
Smooth and peachy with bright citrus and melon; fresh and juicy with tropical notes and a long finish.
Aromas of fresh cut pears, alfalfa, lemongrass, and melon fill the glass. The wine has rich full-body flavors of peach, pear and spices followed by a honeydew aftertaste.
